Questions people ask first.

What do I maintain, and what does Mullet maintain?

You maintain the agent: its instructions, its skills, its memory and the apps it ships. We run the machine underneath, keep it patched, backed up and reachable.

Is each client's data kept apart?

Yes. Every client gets their own workspace with their own disk and their own access rules. Sharing happens by folder, deliberately, and a folder that is not shared stays private.

Do my clients have to learn to run agents?

No. They use what comes out: an answer, a report, a small app on a link. The agent is your side of the desk, and you decide how much of it they ever see.

Can I reuse one agent across clients?

That is the whole point. Copy the agent into a new workspace, point it at the new client's files, and the method travels with it while the memory stays behind.

Who pays for the models?

It is one flat subscription with credits included each period, whichever model answers the question. You never reconcile five API bills to explain one invoice.

Does Mullet train on our data?

No. Your files, your memory and your output are yours, and they are not used to train models. Ask us for the current data-protection note before you put anything sensitive in.

What if a client wants to take it in-house?

The agent is folders and files. Export them, hand over the keys, and stay the person who knows how it works. Lock-in is not what keeps a client, results are.
